But he's also really swamped right now; apparently submissions are really piling up for them.

I sent a query off to AMG last night; I'm crossing my fingers on this one!Star-Dreamerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14298850366884374226noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7970703367799585001.post-16041577298474109722010-04-30T08:19:28.288-07:002010-04-30T08:19:28.288-07:00Too bad Marcher Lord Press doesn't accept YA.....Too bad Marcher Lord Press doesn't accept YA... But I'm sure it might count as adult.

Unless I'm mistaken, Starlighter was published by Zondervan, right? I didn't even know Zondervan published anything besides bibles and study books, much less fantasy. :)Jakehttp://teenagewritingrocks.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7970703367799585001.post-63333168777653311272010-04-29T22:51:00.881-07:002010-04-29T22:51:00.881-07:00I'm looking into AMG (the publisher of Dragons...I'm looking into AMG (the publisher of Dragons in our midst), or hoping that maybe Thomas Nelson or Waterbrooks would be interested. I think only AMG is taking unsolicitated manuscripts though, so I may have to look into getting an agent, but I have one in mind. If none of those works... well, we'll see. I've considered Marcher Lord Press too.

My book is directed at whoever loves reading... I think originally I wrote it for preteens, but its evolved into more of a YA piece... but I'm sure adults would like it too if they decided to read it.Star-Dreamerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14298850366884374226noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7970703367799585001.post-38342344234582165512010-04-29T19:20:02.560-07:002010-04-29T19:20:02.560-07:00Wow... Yours shimmer and sparkle with mystery. I've mostly only seen the beginning of your story. Nice to see something from the end. I'm looking forward to getting the whole thing in my hands.
